Hi from our Aussie team at Growl Towels, we are an Australian company. Our products are designed in Australia and made in China, we pride ourselves on offering you quality products. Below is an explanation of our terms and conditions, which takes effect when you purchase from our store. We highly recommended you read the terms and conditions below.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY
By registering on our site, you are authorizing us to communicate with you via email. We are pleased to include you in our data- base and will send you the latest product information or purchase confirmation. Your personal information is for our internal use and data -base only and it will never be available to another entity for their commercial or private use.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Sale in Australia and New Zealand are in AUD and subject to the normal 10% gst. International sales are priced in USD. We reserve the right to change or increase our pricing without notice.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE
Will we process your order within normal business hours 9am - 5 pm, within 1-2 business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Please note any delays experience whilst in transit may result from our service providers and out of our control. If your package arrives damaged or missing please contact the service provider directly, We do not accept responsibility for items once dispatched and we do not track your item for you this will your responsibility through the service company’s websites.
International shipping is by DHL or UPS please allow between 5- 10 days for International deliveries.
Provide accurate postal address details to receive your items promptly and avoid disappointment and additional cost. Delivery times are within 2-4 business days however this can vary if you are in a regional area of Australia up to 7-10 days.
Pre orders will be sent promptly to you once stock arrives. We will automatically notify you and include a tracking number when it is dispatched.
Once your package arrives please check your item for damage and that your order is complete. Contact us immediately within 48 hours via email email@example.com.
You will be responsible once the item is passed to carrier When orders are shipped internationally you may also be subject to customs clearance and other import duties and taxes of the destination country. You will be required to comply with all laws and regulations. Customs will be charged on all orders that are received in European countries that are part of the EU.
We ensure our products are of best quality and we follow strict quality control. However if a product is faulty we will replace it for you. If purchased through our online store. The product must be returned with all tags attached and in its original new condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered. This is particularly true of towels that are subject to hygiene policies. Returns must be completed within 14 business days. If purchased from a store please contact the store directly as they will have their own returns policy.
We do not replace or exchange item if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
